– How many nights
– How many persons
– Of whom are children with their age
– Special wishes or requirements
– Type of rental car

Examples of pricing season 2009
ARTEMIS (88 m2, 2-5 sleeps)
For 4 persons in high season: 1043 € per week
KALITHEA (75 m2, 2-5 sleeps)
For 4 persons in high season: 1043 € per week
REA (55 m2, 2 sleeps)
For 2 persons in high season: 840 € per week
Low season: 01.05. – 14.07 and 25.10. – 15.11.
High season: 15.07. – 25.10.
In winter we have special offers for house & car rental.
Wood for the barbeque or the fire place in the house is available.

Cancellation
The following rates of cancellation apply for any confirmed booking regardless of the reason of cancellation
Over 120 days before the day of arrival 100 €
Between 92 days and 120 days before the day of arrival: 250 €
Between 28 and 91 days before the day of arrival: 60 % of the total amount due
Between 15 and 27 days before the day of arrival: 80 % of total amount due
Less then 15 days before the day of arrival: 100 % of total amount due.
We advise you to take a travel – cancellation insurance to cover this.
