How to come to us
from Heraklion Airport to Villas Alevrota
Leave the airport area, go straight over the traffic lights and just before the bridge you take the exit on your right, signposted „Heraklion (4 km) –Rethymno – Chania”.
After approximately 2 km there are traffic lights. Go straight ahead.
Continue for approximately 2 km until the exit sign „E97 - Mires – Timbaki – Kokkinos Pirgos – Phaestos”. Take this exit.
This slip road takes you to a "T" junction; turn right onto E97 direction „Mires-Timbaki”. Continue on this road for approximately 1 hour, passing the small villages of Siva, Agia Varvara, Agia Deka,
to the town of Mires.
In the middle of Mires you will see a signpost pointing to the left to „Kalamaki – Pitsidia - Matala” take this road (It is more of a "Y" junction than a "T" junction.).
After approximately 300 meters there is a liquor store on your right called ΓΕΡΜΑΝΑΚΙΣ (GERMANAKIS). It is on a small crossroads. Turn left here towards „Pombia”.
After approximately 2 km turn right towards “Kouses and Petrokefali”.
Go through the village of Petrokefali towards “Matala”. 500 m past the Shell petrol station is a crossroads with Sivas to your left and Kamilari to your right.
Turn right to Kamilari.
Drive up the hill and after the sharp bend to the left, you will see a high natural stone wall on the left hand side with the name VILLAS ALEVROTA. This is just before the village of Kamilari.

Enter the drive. Your rental home is situated as follows off the main driveway:
The 2nd entrance is to House Artemis
The 3rd entrance is to House Kalithea
The 4th entrance is to House Rea
It takes about 70 minutes to travel from the airport to the village of Kamilari.
